Yeah that one... That literally gave me a second hand embarrasment for the first time after I started watching MHRW.

Well, usually the same applies to me as well. It's just that lately majority of my favorites' projects have disappointed me a lot. First Sana, then Shakti and who knows how Niyati's show will be.

Same... I haven't kept a tab on a lot of shows of my favourites but as of now, nothing impressed me much. I too have no idea about Niyati's show... But yes, my mom read her IV about the new show in the newspaper and she is all interested in it. And she is even planning to start watching.

On the contrary, shows about which I had no idea, surprised me in a really good way. Like, some episodes of Madam Sir popped in my YouTube recommendation and I watched the episodes featuring Pankhuri. I loved each and every single actor there be it Gulki or Yukti and the others (I don't know their names). What I liked particularly was that there was this scene where the camera was focused on the cast and each one of them had a distinct expression. An it shows their talent. Otherwise, even in GSMI, I get pissed ki yaar, samajh mein Aya ki shocked hain. To yeh barbar focus karna aur BGM dalna zaroori hain?

Maddam Sir is a indeed a really good one... I have watched quite a number of episodes but in between, they started dragging their tracks too much which made them become boring. So, I took breaks from time to time. The entire cast there has done a good job with their respective roles... Though the location of the police station still makes me laugh (because it is portrayed in my own city).

Sabke thobdes par focus karn and bgm ghusana is something that irritates me to no extent... I remember Nazar ke time par bhi hum log yahi discuss karte rehte the.

I was talking about Gashmeer Mahajani and Fahmaan Khan. I started initially for Gashmeer but quit within the first week. Then when Fahmaan entered, I again kept tabs for a short while but quit once again.

As usual, popped in my IG feed. 😛

I have been thinking about searching it considering Smriti (Hritika from MATSH) too starred in an episodic. 😎

As much as I love Nazar, I think Nazar is even worse than typical Ekta shows when it comes to focusing on useless thobdas.

I really really appreciate MoNiyaRsh because they did good stunts. But even that couldn't held much attention because let's face it, jitna time Ansh aur Piya ne sirf ek dusre ki taraf dekhte hue ishara karne mein waste kiya hain, usme ek supernatural creature ahsan-i se bhag ya attack kar sakte hain. 🤔

On a side note, since I have officially become a fan of GSMI, as usual, was going through earlier works of Pankhuri. I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled upon, "Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka?". Not because of the plot or acting because I knew it had such a strong story and a finite show. But so many actors were there whom I didn't know back then and now they have pretty much established career like Fahmaan was there, then there was Vijay Tilani (Kabir of MDKD), even Rajveer (ML of SIM). I was like, Wow! All of them look so young and cute here! 🤪

Yeah, that show is really fun to watch. But there were episodes when it was a total dragfest. Even the tracks weren't that interesting. I restarted with Pankhuri's entry and that track was quite an interesting one. But then I lost interest again with the lookalike drama because there was nothing new there.

Same!! I practically hated them when they took their own sweet time to focus on each and every thobda present there... even at a critical moment. I even lost it once during Navratri track when they had Pia and Ansh hanging mid-air just to focus on everyone while Bhaisa Uncle obediently stood there waiting to be killed.

Then of course how can I forget the entire Rathod family making an entry during the Pralay Yudh when they had no business to be there in the first place...

And many other occasions too... ye to sirf do examples hain.

He was a good guy, no doubt there. He even accepted Amla's harsh treatment believing he was wrong.

But still, the idea of a Ra*e Victim ending up with her abuser just doesn't feel right.

And what's worse, Pankhuri and Rajveer looked quite cute together. So I kind of liked them on screen. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Which makes my inner feminist to kick my own ass.

Well, I don't have much idea but as far as I know, he was turned into a negative character later on and was killed by Karishma and Haseena. It was something related to his father; he wanted revenge for his sake. I didn't watch the entire thing but I did see the promos and some short clips. They gave the actor a short break, brought his character back, turned him negative and killed him off.

So, there was this one comic that I was reading today and there was a scene where the FL was watching a series, seeing the plans of the villainess of that series flopping one after another and she had a dialogue there: "Most villains fail because the writers make them do something stupid which gives the leads an upper hand because the villains always have an upper hand in terms of money or power or cunning brains."

I can understand your situation because I used to be in the same situation. It was a total 50:50 situation.

This situation was one huge dharm-sankat for me too which is why, I never applied my brains on this situation because I knew my inner feminist would definitely curse me because like you said, the two of them looked good onscreen. But again, the idea of a rape victim ending up with her abuser is definitely off putting.

Nope you are not... There are people who ship characters just because they look hot.

I myself have seen some Bh2 fans shipping Maya with MJ Roy just because the actor Asheish Chowdhary has a better muscular body and had a good grooming as compared to the actor playing Rudra Roy, Shivin Narang. MJ Roy, the person who practically ruined Maya completely is being shipped with her just because Ashiesh and Jennifer look hot together. Ab bolo kya kahe aise fans ko?? Weird fans are always there... Har jagah milenge aise fans.
