Yes Mahima is plotting but Parth does not seem that interested the hospital. He wants to build his confidence but I don't think working for his parents is what he would do to build his confidence. His parents are super pushy and judgemental.

If anything it may bring Neil into the picture with him working in administration but not as CEO of course. He lacks the experience and we still don't know what he degree he earned. Harshvardhan could live through Neil as he works at the hospital.

I think it could be all 3 being pitted against each for rights on the hospital.

In all honesty I don't think any of the Birla boys are fit to be CEO right now.

Abhimanyu is a doctor and he likes working with patients. Being a CEO would require him to do things outside of actually practicing medicine. Also you need a business background of sorts.

Neil has little to no experience right now. We don't even know what degree he has. Maybe if he was in business administration then many several years down the line working at the hospital he could potentially be the next CEO.

Parth is least interested in becoming CEO. He barely shows interest in being a doctor. He loves music so he's going the way of music therapy for now but who knows what his ultimate goal is.
