Ok Birdie, I'm half way through the list, and unlike Smitten, I'm listening through all of it. 😎 I really like the Kahin Door Jab Din, and the Jagjit Singh one, your voice suits Mukesh songs and ghazals, and credit to you for singing and sharing it with us, I know how much fun karaoke, even I just got into it December last year.

prior to this, it used to be english songs, with some spanish ones occasionally. Our band disbanded right after college... and I lost all that. While I have no formal training in singing, and no hindi songs experience, it wasn't terribly hard to get the sur right. Would have to listen to them a lot more to get the variations.

BIRDIE! Y U POST when I’m at work. I had to run to the bathroom and start listening to it in hiding. 😆 I’m going through it as we speak. Listened to the first 3 so far. You have a deep voice MashAllah! Especially loved the Chingari. Leave the links here for another hour so I can go through them. I’ll be going to the bathroom every 10 mins or worst case scenario, I’ll hide underneath my table. Thank you so much for posting.

Yeh, her portal to old hindi songs is Sanam 😆 but his recreations are very good. Oh, Smitten's voice is sensuous aye, yeh chal kya raha hai? 😆 Now it's Smitten's turn, as agreed, come on Smitten, Birdie came through one day early, you have no excuses. 😛

You use to be part of a band? that's kool, don't worry, none of us are singers either, I play the keyboard, no formal training either, I'll post a song that I've sung to a piano piece I've played, and a few random ones I've recorded myself singing on the phone. 😆

But Smitten, it's your turn now. 🤡

Of course Smitten would have a pleasant voice. I find that all girls with an American accent have a very feminine and sensuous voice. Unlike us Aussies 🥴
