Which parent in this whole wide world wouldn't do everything in their power to help their kids realize their dream? Every parent wants their kid to succeed in life.. and filmy parents are no different..

As some one said right connection and right PR is the mantra to establish nepo kids these days not the auditions. People rejected many like AB, Arjun kapoor.. but still they are getting movies, how ?

So has Ranveer given flops in a row....but he is talented and it wouldn't be fair if he gets no movies...how is that any different than Ranbir getting movies?

and Sanju was a Hirani movie....do u think anyone can pressurize Hirani to take someone in movie against his wishes??😆

Not going to happen unless the Govt regulates this like other professions...pass out certain exams....don't give them lead roles unless they have done side characters in 2 movies....its doable....people should push for Govt regulations instead of crying over nepotism...every profession impacts the general public in some way.....its just that movies are more visible....Do doctors and Engineers not impact the public??

Both Bi and I have had the same opinion on nepotism for years.. so unless you think we have been doing the groundwork for Suhana for years now, let's not discredit anyone's opinion based on whose fans they are..

I mean you don't hear us saying that the only reason people are against nepotism is because their own favs failed to make it

And if Bollywood held regular and fair auditions Hindi film industry could have had many many other talented actors or actresses and it would have been a more talent based industry. The notion that Ranbir is the most or one of the most talented of his generations is entirely based on the fact that his generation is not expanded well enough due to nepotism. Had there been auditions for Sawaariya, Barfi, Sanju, etc Bollywood could have discovered someone more talented than him, but now we’ll never know.

Ranveer is definitely connected to the industry. No one can deny that. But his situation is not the same as Ranbir’s. He definitely got in the door easier than others due to his connections and pre-established networking. But if I understand correctly he still had to audition for YRF didn’t get?

yes of course....why else would I defend it....I have been defending this for the last 10 years...in anticipation that one day this is going to happen....AbRam was not even born yet...so now more push is needed I have 3 kids to fight for....life is so tough for SRK fans especially when forum members are so smart to look through us.

BW would still not have the best one because who knows the best one might not even have the means to audition...there will always be an IF....no matter what you do....
