Good morning,,,i hate horror movies….there is no way in the world I would watch ever watch a movie….and i have never…why do you thin I needed up here in this regional forum (not even knowing the language) ….

About Anvi….i think eventually they should have brought it up…to Dr. K…yes her chapter was kind of erased but it’s better to be open and clear about it in arranged marriages…

It was from her birthday night when Dr. Anjali calls and Apurva breaks down. She had confessed it that night and Khadoos and the Kukki gang heard. It was extremely significant for me and I can't tell you how happy I was to see them actually bringing it up again like how I had expected. I had decided to revolve either a scene or a shot around it back then itself. Like I said, it is very significant for me.

Oh that was such an emotional scene for me in general—-bechari moved me and everyone else there.
This is the beauty of TR, no moment is insignificant. The writers don’t just write anything for the moment, they always tie it together without being obvious.
Every character, every emotion, every relationship is very consistent, significant, and relatable!!! There is no jumping around or added drama anywhere. ❤️

You just explained it all so more beautifully! Just strengthens my love and belief in the show.

Obviously the girl had or has a mother so where is she. It needed to be told. In Apu’s case, Dr.K mentioned it from the very beginning to explain Apu’s harkatein.

As for Avantika, it would have been great if they had told Dr.K about her but was it necessary? I don’t think so. They have crossed her out of her life (whether or not I agree to this is another story, can’t end relationships like this). They didn’t think she was a part of their life to be told about nor did they ever feel she will be back in their lives. She reminds them of a dark period in their lives. So to bring her up at a time of happiness, they probably didn’t feel it necessary. DK gets angry at the mention of her name and Mai gets emotional and sad.

A mother’s absence, especially the bride’s mother, always needs to be explained but the groom’s cousin’s existence and story is not crucial to the marriage.
This was probably the thought process of the family.

Honesty is important in every relationship, especially marriage. You said it right.

Not just groom's cousin, she's vinayak's daughter. Uske bharose pe hi Kaushik proposed his daughter's hand to Shashank na.

Uske aur k family ki honesty aur simplicity hi bhaayee thi na kaushik ko?

Then this should have been maintained.

Serial me twist aur turn laane k liye character ki main trait, uski sacchai, udani nahi chahiye.

That's what I didn't like. Wish they'd been more honest.

I guess I am just not a “thrill” type of a person 😂 (reminds me of the snake scene when Apu is like Khadus don’t go, I know you’re not a thrill type of guy 😂—not same exact words but along those lines)

I agree it should have been brought up. I don’t know how arranged marriages work, I had one myself but our families knew each other for years so I guess nothing needed to be told. The other stories I know are love/arranged marriages. I did hear of stories of missing brother (dead) or missing parents stories (like if they have passed away or parents divorced/estranged) but beyond that nope.

That being said, the K family sitch is different from those because it’s a joint family and everyone is super close. Also, you’re right that DK ke bharose pe Dr.K did this rishta so changes a lot. So, it changed everything. There are such close relationships involved (Avantika is Khadus’s older sister), situation becomes different here.
So, yes they should have certainly but who would have? (I’m all over the place 😂)

DK wouldn’t have and no one else would have dared 😬

Dnyanada nailed it, didn't she? It just hit. The pain, the vulnerability, the hurt of abandonment, the resentment of 17 long years! It was quite heavy to watch but so marvelously done.

Absolutely. Even the small scenes here and there add to the bigger picture and made the relationship growth seem gradual and seldom forced.

I think I will be able to finish soon. 😳

Oh yeah. My account is kinda glitching. Well not exactly glitching but Instagram is being mean to me. It is blocking my one year old VMs for the songs that I did not even use. Shaking my head. This is my second Instagram account. First was during Divyadrishti time. Instagram disabled my account after a while because apparently some folks reported the VMs. I can't understand till today why anyone would report something as harmless as a VM. 😳

I had spent quite a lot of time with that account. I wasn't even given a warning. Sigh. So I am kind of afraid that this account will go too. Why I am seeing if deactivating it for a while would help! Hopefully it does.

I do not watch horror movies either. Though I recently watched Zombivali but it was more of a thriller. 😆 I need someone to watch horror movies with me if at all I want to watch one. I look at the person with me more than I look at the movie. 🤣

Ok great because truthfully I would have missed my regular go to vms lol but now that I know they’re on YouTube, such a relief!!! 😮‍💨 It’s awful this happened to you 😢. Some people just don’t know what to do with life and think hey let me just ruin something for someone else! Anyway, it’s ridiculous but I hope this works and no more glitches 🤞🏻

She did nail it!!! It was a powerful performance especially when she cried her heart out afterwards! she moved me (I will have to rewatch the phone call scene tonight—-because I understand more and also because at the time I ff some of it—I felt bad for her so couldn’t watch it all 😞)

This : didn’t remember about the lightening (could be because I struggled understanding everything in the earlier episodes 😂—for better as episodes went on and situation changed—came on IF 😂)

Exactly there are so many things, Harshada described in her review - had no idea that had happened….i am so glad she describe in such depth with so much emotions……(including lightning part ..)

Actors are doing such fabulous job ke it feels ro real….i just saw the part where he wakes up and have mono about their feeling….that gave me goosebumps…i feel so connected to the entire cast

And i am so glad,,,currently,,,Harshada, Ishqi , Arshia and Arpi are here - for both translation and explains and for healthy discssions….

After understanding the whole situation,….usse dekhni ki maza hi kuch aur hai…i did watch those earlier and i did enjoy watching them but now after understanding the meaning and feelings i enjoy it a lot more…
