He very well knew that she has got scholarship but after returning from PD he never gave a thought about her education.. It was Badke Kaka n Malini who took initiatives... Adi noticed she is good in studies only after her taking bullet for him n saving him twice..

When she left for PD.. she was already preparing for her exam.. Agar Aditya nahi jata(PD3) toh bhi she would have given her exam.

For whatever circumstances it may be... she has run away from him so many times.. that's why he was always insecure ke Imlie hume chodke jayegi.. Even after table tod shadi she once said to him she feels like going away from here to her Amma n Dadda in Pagdandiya. Whenever she went away he insisted n got her back. Making promises to her which he never could fulfill.

Last 4 mahine chodke she was staying as Maid n in that also she was not accepted as Bahu n was treated badly.

And people who want her in that relationship claim to care about Imlie.
