I personally find him vile, like I said before just everything I have learned about him is not gonna change my mind.
His history, the way he speaks about women, he comes off extremely abusive to me

Speaking and doing are two different things. I can say whatever I want, but the Red Line comes at converting them to action. And she did name the brand. Her own witnesses ended up testifying against her or implicated her somehow.

A lot of evidence was suppressed and as you rightly mentioned there is no way a man has such vile words to say about someone without being abusive. Infact in the closing argument, there were pictures submitted of his wrecking her stuff and a video came out of him trashing his kitchen. Apparently this is normal behaviour.

He was smirking throughout about his alcoholism and is still under the influence, pictures are on Twitter. Who exits from a pub when trying to be sober lol.

Trashing isn't the same as beating or abusing someone. If I'm being subjected to constant abuse, I'll react in some ways. Does not make it 'mutual abuse' from my side.

Why is it hard to believe that JD would be the abuser in this situation, the misogynistic language already proves he has little to no respect for women, the history of violence - he beat the crap out of two poor crew members. His history of drug / alcohol abuse. Why is it so hard to believe he would be so high and angry that he could hit Amber? That he could be the abuser, that she wasn’t lying?

Telling her story of the rape wasn’t mocking rape victims. There were records of it with her therapist, they were sealed as she did not want it to come out. She did not want it to come out.

Honestly that’s the saddest thing outside of this trial, the mocking her testimonies. It is as if you don’t have enough proof of every single abuse you endure it never happened. Thousands of rape victims either don’t report or seek medical treatment outside of fear. Does that mean that it didn’t happen? Winsteins victims did not have medical treatment proof or rape kit performed on them, does that mean that it didn’t happen?
