The US case will almost surely go the same way in a non-jury set-up, once she files the appeal. I don't think Depp even expected to win the case or become an MRA hero. This was a PR exercise to get his career back on track. Though given his long history of flops, violence and substance abuse, I doubt Disney is going to touch him with a pole.

I doubt it will, since every one of Amber's lies were debunked by witnesses and solid evidence. Turd's own witnesses were the end of her.

Also, many DV victims are coming forward and saying they identified Amber's behavior patterns with their own abusers', so she has no standing left anywhere. Lying about rape and sexual assault ensured that no true female victim will ever support her again.

UK court was a libel case, not criminal. They didn't decide anything, they just said The Sun is not wrong to call him wife beater, if Amber claims he is a wife beater. So using UK case is silly.

It’s not cherry picking - she said she saw the “stolen” story in Witness documents. Amber’s incidents of the sexual violence was set to confidential, how would Kate read Amber’s account than?

This “stolen” story part was not even a part of the US trial because it didn’t add up.

Yes it is. Intimidation through physical aggression is domestic abuse. It is frightening to watch someone break stuff around you as you anticipate what if they come for you. It is both physical abuse as well as emotional.

In a similar vein, if Johnny continued his drunken rampage then Amber is well within her right to hit him as ‘reactive abuse’.

Amber did the bulk of the abuse. Therefore, she should be considered the sggressor.
