Maybe at first but then I think she will get insecure about it.

I see Shefali kind of okay with Akshu sometimes they will get along and other times they may have different views points. It won't be a close sisterly relationship. Though I do want Akshu to actually have a sisterly type relationship where she actuallly gets support from another female around the same age as her. Her own sister fails in that department.

Doesn't look like Anisha is coming back so we only have Shefali.
