Tying the tragedy to dissidents upset over 'The Kashmir Files' is an oversimplification.
There has been insurrectionist violence in Kashmir before the movie. It will continue after the movie. Things would have happened irrespective if the movie was made or not.
In my opinion, the movie did not say or portray anything wrong. It presented facts albeit with some cinematic embellishments. Unfortunately, India today, just happened to be the wrong time and place to release the movie. But I don't believe in censorship. My problem is wholly with people who promoted and interpreted this movie as a cause to hate and spread Islamophobia. The rage should be directed at terrorists who commit violence and the people in power who fail to prevent violence or protect the victims.
What everything proves is that a movie can highlight a cause or injustice. But there is a long way from highlighting justice to getting justice. The current regime celebrated and gained free brownie points from the movie. But clearly, this government is failing to address things in the Kashmir valley just as much as previous governments if not worse.
All politicians are hos for votes. Don't trust a ho. Never trust a ho.

man my sarcasm flew over your head too.
Anyway I disagree that TKF shouldn't have been released now, muslims have the tendency to play victims, with or without TKF.It's good that at least people now have an idea about what has been happening to kashmiri hindus since centuries.BTW Kashmiri Hindus aren't the only who have suffered since centuries at the hands of this scared minority.

Lol if we want to talk facts as opposed to making unsubstantiated arguments, we would know that incidents of terrorism have gone down in J&K. Do look up on the net. It'll refute what you had up there. 😂
What happened previously was of genocidal proportions. If you find anything currently that equates to that, let us know. Folks could make a new KF on what you come up with 😂
As for Islamophobia, are you saying you aren't afraid of the isis and their head chopping ways? Or the taliban? Or the huge numbers of islamists who are ever ready to go on the rampage atbthe slightest provocation? Or the scary stuff they have about killing kaafirs in the manual? Brave, very brave.😂
See it's great to voice banalities the far left comes up with, another thing to present logical reasoning grounded in facts.😂
