DZK was the last show I watched, and man, it shows when a show is written with a beginning, middle and end in mind. 4 months and over- satisfying characters, arcs, closures.

I used to exclusively watch western shows with a season format pre pandemic, barring one of two ITV shows that struck a chord. Covid ne yeh buri aadat daali hai 🤦🏻‍♀️

ITV needs more limited series- no premise has the meat to exceed 100 episodes, and then it becomes inevitably dragged, repetitive and boring.

Yes you are right....Im not into itv these days.. .well not the drama kind anyway. The other show doesn't manage to hold my attention anymore. Neither does this one - but I kind of watch if the FL-ML dance to 90s tunes, which they are kind of doing frequently now that the year long wedding celebrations are on.

P. S: I hear the other show might be getting a leap or a change in context soon.... So maybe it will get interesting, well at least initially. Will join you on there if I do catch it.

Exactly. Itv really needs a break from saas-bahu sagas and super-heroine tropes. Maybe something closer to reality.
