From what I have read and can decipher from the indirect statements, it seems like the track is on, but not right away. But then we also know how their timelines are, so it will be more closer than we think. However, that still states the track is on!

All the more reasons - The other commitment drawing to close I believe, so this track is being well planned and timed to accommodate people's personal agendas.

I also see this as a means to create publicity and hype for them winning that show. Negative is not always negative.
