Cinema will tell its story, like it is wound up tightly in celluloid. As it unravels, you unravel. That is what cinema is all about. And to do the same in a shorter amount of time is the wonder of Short Films!
the show Gateway for instance, just the other day it featured a short movie by one of the participants. Was called 'An Evening O Like Yesterday. The execution was crisp & thus the story that came through was pretty good for an amateur. Am sure the guys there can do much better. But it being their first week & all, guess they do deserve a break. :)
Can't wait for the day when I make my own flick. Working on a couple of short films myself, a few scripts that I'm toying with. Will keep you guys posted on the progress.
