Also is someone from Sabyasachi design or Alia’s team getting fired for not doing proper research? Normally this really wouldn’t be a big deal, but given that it’s Kangana, and the other one is Alia, I wonder if she’ll mention it in her next tirade?

Some people said they were saving money by not having a reception. Seemed way too crazy the Kapoor khandan would run low on money ??? But did they compromise on the clothing too? We know BJP paid Kangana’s bill. The sari didn’t really look like it was designed to be a wedding outfit.

I think this wedding was planned in a rush. They came up with the plan to get married last minute to promote the film Brahamastra. A lot of things felt rushed and didn't feel as if it was a grand celebrity-style wedding.

It was Sabyasachi’s job to remember this outfit has been photographed when it was already worn by another prominent actress. Going back to my parent's experience I knew they had terrible customer service?

In all honesty I feel bad. This shouldn’t happen to any bride. In reality man brides end up wearing the same outfit. But when your famous and it’s already been photographed in. I am blaming the designers again.

Whatever their reason is for not having a reception, I’m sure it has nothing to do with money.

My own opinions about the sari or the look aside, yea I agree with you, the responsibility does fall on primarily on the designer to not repeat their patterns and looks. But what about Alia’s stylist? Are they expected to do some research and make sure the outfit is unique before finalizing it? I wonder what the protocol is in the world of celebrities and fashion designers.

both the stylist needs to be fired. And Sabyasachi needs to be more responsible if they want to continue being the top wedding designers. I think it was all done in a rush!
