maybe bc she knows alia is not as strong ahead person like D and K are they are self made womens. also, alia might tolerate ranbir cheating to like she tolerate with rishi kapoor so she choose her who is too into ranbir that she is willing to ignore everything like neetu did after all neetu did say at the end of the day no matter who rishi is cheating with he will come back home and he is too dependent on her.

we all know what bhatt is like so both the families comes from the same background so all in all everything fit and neetu is happy now.

But from whatever information we have from media Alia respects and adore Ranbir unconditionally. Something similar to Kajol's admiration to Ajay Devgon. If the rumours about Ajay Devgon is true, I believe the headstrong person like Kajol tolerates it because of childhood experience of being from dysfunctional family.

That said Alia is truly best for a typical Indian mother in law. Accepts her son the way he is , more than that accepts the man the way he is ,also she is in the top of the game , comparing to those in showbiz she is young and the best part is she is a people pleaser.

Neetu had problem with Rishi's drinking habits. Thats the reason they were fighting continuously.

When he was drunk he is rumoured to have abused her n she left him complaining to the police.But later she forgave him n returned to him.But he never left his drinking habits.

DP to 100% got rejected because of her commoner pedigree and lack of family fortune. Sure her dad is a badminton champion, but badminton me kitna kamaya hoga? aur wo bhi 80's me. Katrina had the advantage of being white and english. Kapoors are proudy of their white skin. They literally consider themselves white and probably even english. Something about Ranbir Alia doesn't give me a happily ever after vibe.😆 Since both Kat and Dp had some major healing issues post breakup, I am wondering what will happen to Alia.Also, I wonder what will happen to Alia's hwood dreams.
