But isn't there something like right to stay in the house of the husband?..not talking about divorce..but in case of protection from abusive in-laws who might throw the dil out....I think I read somewhere..

Recently they mentioned Raavi is 21 in one of the episodes when Mami was looking for an alliance.
Since they celebrated her birthday in June of last year and they are following the real world timeline. Raavi is 21.
She had finished her finals before the marriage, remember the episode she asks Dev to drop her at college. Raavi’s age makes sense.

IMO, Shiva should be 23-24, Dev 25😕
Dhara, who was then 19, became a mother figure of a 17 yr old Dev, 11 years ago? It doesn’t sound that great 😆

They have right to reside

But in Rishita ka case it would be different she isn't staying and talking about rights. & all the mental harassment she did to Shiva for no reason.

Aajkal court just article section ke basis per decision nahi deta, they will hear both the sides

&

If Kaandyas and Rishita ever go till Court the verdict would be in Kaandyas ka favour.
