How 30 years became 20 years?

In the episode when Gajsinght took saloni to hospital and and introduced to shyama told Saloni that shyama is in this condition 30 years.

Now today in the party he told every one his friend is in this condition for 20 years. That Means Narpat's older daughter is less than 20 years. Then how old is Saloni and shubhra and samar do they all have children when they are teens.😆😆🤣
