Idk I thought ki 'vedika to mental hospital' shot was one of those scenes you shoot just in case you want to take the story along a different plot line.

As if they thought they'd go that way, then discarded the idea but the footage got leaked.

If Vedika really is going to a 'mental hospital' -

1. It should be done gracefully

2. Patients aren't manhandled like that unless they're having hallucinations/violent behaviour towards someone in vicinity/acute schizophrenic attacks

3. Psychiatric Consultations aren't a joke or punishment. They're for those who unfortunately suffer from mental illnesses that are debilitating to their everyday life.

4. Vedika genuinely seems a little psychotic/in need of help. But psychosis/mania is a sensitive matter and needs to handled appropriately, esp when you're a prime-time daily soap with viewers across all types of social strata. Not everyone understands the seriousness of having/living with mental illness.

For all those having doubts about Vedika being mentally unstable and writers making a mockery of it. I think the writers have been trying to establish since a long time that she actually needs help.

1. Her hitting herself. The look on Sashi's face was clear to establish the fact that he was thinking ' kya paagal hai yeh aaurat'.

2. The birthday party track.. no no no cake kato ,cake kato abhi kato. She even pushed Kunal aside, Kunal's expressions were same .. 'kya paagal aurat hai yeh?' 😆

3.. Her losing shit when Priya told her she needs help, in fact Paagal hai islie woh samajh gayi ki kya main Paagal hun .

4. Total maniac behaviour when she was ousted on Holika Dehen.

So, I think, it's okay if they send her off to Manali.

You are getting it wrong. Priya will try to get Vedika back to Ram. Ram will hold on to Priya. In this process, she will learn abt Vedika's intentions. That's all. Ram is clear about what he wants. You will get to see more angst from him

Can see bottom half but Ram’s elbows look bent like he is holding her too. His body language is not stiff with hands straight down his sides - I like that it was like that when Vedika ran & hugged him on the night she left Shashi.

I think after this hugging scene only bandana will come with nurses and take vedika as there was bts of nandani, vedika along with nurses and I think this is same dress vedika wore in bts
