ABV, I feel, was very lenient.
ABV was quite a lenient leader, according to many political sources though he had come across a lot of mishaps and controversies that were hushed up by previous government, many in the government felt he should have made those public but ABV didn't as he said a lot of indians reputation in a global platform will take a bad hit
