Inherent biases are still gonna probably ruin it. Or we will need a setting like that of John Rawl's Veil of Ignorance.

Or who knows may be we will rise above those biases.

Ok I'm now going into the den of iniquity to see what new misdeeds they've got up to.

Whereas women get super defensive. And that one special friend is a difficult find. Women are always busy getting offended and I don't really blame then because they have to constantly prove themselves and men do not.

Also, women seeing success as a zero sum game also has to do with not wanting to end up like "other girls" or the "girly girl".

I am sorry, but I will only blame any if kind of insecurity of women only on patriarchy. 😆

Ik. That women do have an invisible burden on their shoulders to be at par with men.

But sometimes, they cause unnecessary ruckus and gossips and negativity in the entire atmosphere something that men would never get indulged in.

Personally, I have a great experience with my male seniors who often understand me more than the female seniors who would rather want work over everything and ping more about personal life.

Women (not all) just cannot draw a line. I'd rather be working with chilled men who don't care about my personal life and are really understanding than a woman who keeps prying and gives more inputs than the help.

@bold. I 100% disagree. And they also have amazing gaslighting abilities than women and can be as manipulating as women or maybe worse.

For the rest, I always see "nice men" as a wolf in sheep's clothing. For me to trust a guy, they have to literally prove it to me through their actions they are a decent human being. 😆

Difficult to rise above biases.. Probably should have our collective civilizational memory wiped off before starting..yes like the Veil of Ignorance, tho don't know how that works, haven't read him.

I hate generalizing this idea but I've had this experience as well. When I worked as a waitress at our faculty club, I noticed the male faculty would mostly talk about their research, their careers and network with each other. The women faculty would talk about their children and well, kind of complain to each other. Which again I understand - we have much fewer women profs than male profs and that has everything to with the biases of mentors and hiring committee and then their paths are not as smooth. But I could kinda see why the men were getting ahead and the women weren't... (I feel awful saying this😒)
