How can Abhi be adopted?

Did Manju fake a pregnancy? Did her real baby died? Did she switch babies because Abhi was cuter? Am I looking for too much logic?

I think Abhi is not adopted. Neil is.

In the adoption paper clearly it was written Neil as I zoomed.

Harsh does not trust Manjiri.

He must have done a DNA test to counter check whether Abhimanyu is his son.

As of now Neil is the adopted son. Mahima and Anant do call him Beta nor are they affection towards him.

Why did everybody assume that Abhi is adopted?

Is that the reason why Abhi loves Manjari so much? Because he knows that Manjiri is not his real mother and yet she loves him so much?
