Anuj kapadia re start of life? Easy or tough

Is there no law in world that a person works hard for 25 years of life and makes money and property for himself and anyone including his family can just accuse,humiliate, suspect him or by manipulation just take away everything in a jiffy

Anuj Kapadia can start worrking again or business again but that is not the matter

Matter is 25 years of his hard work gone in one sign

Is there no law or rule to prevent such things?

In serial easy to show someone losing everything becoming rich again at 45 years

But in real life everyone knows at 45 years you cannot start from scratch and become super rich like anujkapadia was after losing all

At 45 years is when you start getting weak and unwell and BP, sugar etc all diseases start

You are not as healthy and strong like a 23 year old when you finish your masters degree before and start working

Nor its easy to work 16 hours aday at 45 years to establish a new company

Nor any bank give loan after 40s easily to establish business or even to buy homes etc without property or big collateral

That is also because after 40 you do not know when person may not work more than 20 years more or get diseases or die anytime. Its not like 20s so banks will think all this and refuse loans

So all these day dream they showin serial like anupama motivating or anuj kapadia becoming super rich again is not possible in real life for 99% folks who lose everything in life in 40s or50s

How can Malvika so easily just take everything of anuj kapadias hard work in one day and court and law justwatch

Yes hes ophan whose adopted bu this parents never said that all companies you establish only belong to malvika not you as you are adopted

If anuj kapadia knew that such clause is there he would not have put so much efforts na in first place

If anyone knows they will have to hand over everything after 25 years to others and be left without job or home they will not work so hard to make others rich

OK here anuj out of gratitudeto his parents may work as hard

Everyonewill say malvika did not ask for property? She asked if he can leave anupama forher. Again the logic of age will work. If anuj was 25 or 30 years he can leaveanupama as hes young. At 45 years no one else may marry you or you may not getanother good woman as wife. So to demand at 45 years to leave the one woman hewaited for 26 years is itself very big traversity of justice. If hes 30 yearold without blinking eye lid he can leave anupama. But again as you ageprobability of getting a spouse reduces significantly that too the one youlove. So to prove his love for Malvika he gave up his 100% business andproperty and thought she will understand he loves malvika equally. But malvikanever stopped him at all.

All these valid points would be considered, researched , analysed and then picturised if the seriel is made by an International production house who spend millions of $ and host just 10 episodes every two years.

Here it is ITV. The production team assembles in the morning.... discuss what should come in the next day episode, write the one line or two line story line , quickly prepare the dialogue and shoot, edit, host.

So they are the accounting , finance. legal, international business experts. They are also experts in DV, mental and physical health of a DV victim, .... simply this team is expert on anything and everything on earth......

At the same time they are experts in adjusting to the moods / ego/ adamancy of a friend

It's not easy, no. But, it's also not impossible.

In all the negatives you've pointed out, there is also the wealth of experience he has amassed over the years which is very valuable. As are the contacts he's made. Investors will consider that very favourably. His goodwill in the market is still there. I sincerely doubt getting hold of seed funding will be a problem for him. He's chosen to give up the company, there are no losses or financial mismanagement that have forced him to leave.

As you said, he may not be able to put in the hours he did in his 20s and 30s, but he can work smarter than he did then.

Also, he's mentally in a different space. If you are looking after something for someone, as Anuj felt he was all these years, you are generally more risk averse in your decisions. Who knows, now that he feels he has nothing to lose, this may actually work in his favour. His entrepreneurial spirit can soar unfettered.

You mentioned the "court and law just watch", but when there is no impropriety where is the need for them to get involved. He's transferred his shareholdings to his sister of his own free will. The wisdom of the move can be questioned but not the legality of it. Other than the procedural oddities they have shown!

in india opening business at 25 is tough at 45 its almost impossible for ppl like anuj who are honest

He's honest but not naive. At least not when it comes to taking business decisions (given that he's achieved all that he has)
