I must be the worst eater in the group then.
I have no restrictions at all. I need my bournvita fix every morning. The only good thing I do is to also have neembu pani, made in a specific manner because I have migraine issues and it's supposed to help.
Otherwise I eat everything and drink tea with sugar (white :() and milk a few times a day. Have a proper south indian tamil brahmin lunch prepared by amma and mostly phulkas (with ghee - i LOOOOVE ghee), sabzi and dal, sometimes idlis, sometimes (rarely) adai, sometimes dosas, uthapam, masal dosa, upma, etc.
Nothing healthy about my diet!!!!😭
