I am pretty sure, about Vedika and Ram, Priya will get to know without him telling her.

I guess that is another reason for her insecurity and she is still maintaining her distance with him. Probably deep in her heart she has convinced that he can never love her and she is just his responsibility.

I am optimistic that he might question Vedika one day since Ram-Priya dynamics are changing.
