I had no idea it was a success but then stranger movies have worked with the audience, so why not that too. i haven't watched Badmaash Company cuz I wasn't a fan of the trailer at all ..... Anushka annoys me and they looked totally mismatched! 😵

I do miss his early innocent movies as well, they had a certain charm (see Vivah, chup chup ke etc.) But it was smart to switch as he got older and trends changed

Well ofcourse! It would have been ridiculous if he kept playing those college boyfriend roles in his 30s/40s.

But early 2000s movies just hit different man. The songs were so melodious and the chemistries were so much cuter. ☺️

The only shahid kapoor film i can watch again and again is Dil Mange More ,,,,,,

I love all shahid movies, the only one that were disappointing were Shandaar and rangoon, and even I just saw shandaar again, the songs are so cute, and shahid looks so good.

probably shandaar and rangoon had too much expectations and kangana hasn't had chemistry with anyone poss twm

I love all shahid kareena movies, love 36 china town, jwm and chup chup ke the most. they're so cute in them.

and love r rajkumar too, never expected shahid to play tapori so well and the crackling chemistry with shahid and sonakshi was so unexpected. I so wish shahid would work with prabhu deva again, the songs and choreography, the Gandi baat steps are too cool, prabhu deva talent is wasted on stiff salman. to think of it, shahid hasn't done a dance song for a while?

phata poster was cute but again expected more from shahid and rajkumarsantoshi, but songs are still awesome.

just wish shahid would do more movies.

but favorites have to be ishq vishq, dil maange more (love the Ayesha shahid Jodi so much more than the amrita Rao shahid Jodi),

jab we met, kaminey, udta punjab, r rajkumar and kabir singh.

the yash Chopra films had such bad scripts, I didn't mind shahid. and anushka but both dil bole hadippa and badmash company had no scripts, but watched both to completion. and they made him sit forever waiting for the ssr vani movie before he signed something else.

and slb really gave shahid and deepika a bad deal in padmavat.

they just looked so adorable off screen before they signed padmavat.
