Yes yes!!! I do get utterly anxious and feel like vomitting all the time actually till the time of confrontation. No worries hun. Like I said, what you’re describing is exactly how anxiety and negative thinking works. If you read into it, especially socratic questioning then you can help yourself to make gradual changes.
