4-Year Gap Between Films

There have been so many big stars who's last release was in 2018, making it 4 years this year and counting.

Aamir Khan's last film was Thugs Of Hindostan (2018), his next Lala Singh Chadha is due for release this December 2022.

SRK is filming a couple things, but they could arrive in 2023 at the earliest, considering the backlog.

Ranbir Kapoor has a few releases ready to go but it's been 4 years already.

Anushka Sharma has actually taken a break pre-pandemic. She recently announced a Sports based film, which could arrive next year, giving her a 5=ear gap.

Aishwarya Rai's last release was also 2018 (Fanney Khan). Her next release is in Tamil and apparently a two-part release (Part One: 2022, Part Two: 2023). Which means her next Hindi release will be 2024?

It's funny because stars who usually take long gaps: Kajol has had a release in 2020 and 2021. Rani has had a release in 2018, 2019, 2021, and one coming in 2022.The term "COMEBACK" is about to get a new lease of life.

I don't think it would have taken this long without the pandemic though. Laal Singh Chadha was originally planned for a December 2020 release from what I remember & Pathan had to stop shooting a few times because of Covid too.

Anyway I hope SRK makes a good comeback with Pathan and Laal Singh Chadha is also good. Don't really care about the rest

Lal Singh Chaddha is scheduled to release on 14th April on Baisakhi this year. Not on Christmas.

It's also clashing with KGF Chapter 2 which is releasing on the same date.
