If we were to think about it in terms of Aditya's character - he did not trust Imlie at all and TBH I don't think he truly loved her, he listened to others (Malini, AC, etc) over his wife and eventually made it impossible for her to live with him and thus leading to her to leaving the Tripathi's house.

Yaar, I just noticed the bus wasn't even full so why did Arylie have to sit on the top?

Duh..because she is a wanted criminal and if the bus was stopped by the police, they would only check inside of the bus not climb on top.😆 Plus this is Imliya we are talking about..she likes to complicate things 😆 Imagine seeing those lovey dovey scenes inside the bus *shudders* ..it would have been so distracting

I guess bus top is free? Imlie had no money to buy a ticket so she climbed, maybe Aryan just did not want to take the effort to climb down and have her fall again. His biceps were probably sore after the long one hand hold.

It's probably more scenic shooting from a bus top as opposed to a crowded bus.

That would be the practical reason. But, who knows?!
