If by channel you mean Star Plus, then they don't care about all this. There have been shows with nastier fandoms and they've never spoken a word. All that matters is high TRP.
The responsibility for the environment and atmosphere of the set falls on the PH, not the channel.
I did post something similar in the previous DT, wondering why the PH wouldn't try to sort out whatever issues there may be to ensure professional behaviour on set, if not friendly.

Idk what the equation is like between the PH and the cast, or between the cast members themselves at the moment. But if the actors are able to put these differences aside so that they can act with each other and complete episodes, the PH wouldn't really care.
There have been other shows where the main leads hated each other so much that they wouldn't even look at each other or be in the same room. But they were still able to work together and put out episodes. And those shows went on for years.
At the end of the day, that's all that matters. Personal equation can be anything but professionalism must be maintained. Do your job (act) and get the product (episodes) out. Everything else becomes hawa.

Not much, actually... Wrote another 200 words today, so we're at an official 4k now. Records and a bit of Pathology got in the way...😆 Plus helping with the Sunday cleaning, it's the maid's day off. 😒

BHt hai bhai 200...maine ek hafte mein 10 tk nhi likhe...🤣
KD has such a good forehead that every time he covers it up, I feel like mussing his hair up and pushing it all out of his face the way I do with my little brother (except I add in a Ted Talk about how dandruff will give him pimples on his forehead if he doesn't learn to keep it out of his face).
And then I imagine Mrs Radha Dhillon and one still-a-Miss Alice Kaushik giving me disapproving glares and i back the eff off! 🤣🤣🤣

Yes, but the question is can they maintain professionalism on set. Earlier, there seemed to be undertones of dislike or discontent, but they still managed to be friends (or maintained a facade of being friends, whichever). But now it's public and the level of animosity / frustration seems to be quite high (based on social media stories & comments), depending on the actor, so I'm wondering if they can set aside their personal feelings while working.
P.s. I sincerely hope they can, and if not, hope that the PH intervenes to settle things in an impartial manner.
Bhasadddd!!!!
Keep at it Ritu, the end has to come someday, you know? 😆
Congratulation on new DT 🥳
