- we've been very lucky to have retained the original cast a year and a half in

- looks like they are preparing to write Pakhi out

- Nandini might be next based on the lack of screen time and her random argument with Samar

- Kinjal, Toshu, Samar, Nandini, Pakhi have been relegated to furniture. they make no difference in the progression of the storyline now

- Vanraj said "Jai Mahakaal" and Sudhanshu always posts this on his IG. Was this ad-libbed?

- This has become the Anuj show (love you Bae 😘)

- The IF article about the "hero" of the show seems to have prefaced a lot of the changes we are seeing now (i.e. Vanraj front and centre - dancing - in Chak De)

- the quality of the show goes right down when actors, egos, fans start dictating where they think the show should go

hi Neenz, how are you and how was your day ? 🌸

looks like we are on the same page...i dont know why but i feel like this is just the beginning of more changes to come. makes me nervous tbh, but im so into BAE, as long as he is there i will keep watching, no matter what.

you are bang on with the comments regarding asserting who is boss. 🙄

i have yet to see a show where there isnt an actor who gets too big for their boots and starts throwing their weight around. some of the best shows have been ruined as a result. i pray that Anupamaa isnt going down this road...

Hi Ali m fine but little under the weather.

hw r u?

in show after that article we saw these changes and I fear that gradually they will sideline Maan story n Anuj too🥲.

If that happens anyway will stick to his scenes on IG like before.

on a side note bro the bgm of GK’s Chandrakanta was so good. The songs and the music everything was top notch. Even today Sometimes I listen to those songs on YouTube.

I mean, who would want to leave the highest TRP show. Plus with a the extra time, they can make money in print adverts etc. 😆 Unless they get offered another lead role, doubt any would leave.

Could be or could be like the Bengalli show and Pakhi have a hidden boyfriend, she wants to join.🤪

- Nandini might be next based on the lack of screen time and her random argument with Samar

Yes, Samar did have 2 love interests in the Bengali version, but that was after a divorce. Wonder if earlier here. Not too fond of the acting of the Nandini character 😆

- Kinjal, Toshu, Samar, Nandini, Pakhi have been relegated to furniture. they make no difference in the progression of the storyline now

Ya most used mostly for one lines. The concept of parallel story lines is not known to ITV writers. So many shows in English have multi-genration cast, including daily shows such as Days of our lives. They easily show love, revenge etc for all characters. Not sure why they do not do this? 🤪

- Vanraj said "Jai Mahakaal" and Sudhanshu always posts this on his IG. Was this ad-libbed?

Nice observation 🤣

- This has become the Anuj show (love you Bae 😘)

I would give credit to the actress too. 👏

- The IF article about the "hero" of the show seems to have prefaced a lot of the changes we are seeing now (i.e. Vanraj front and centre - dancing - in Chak De)

Well he knew, what was coming. Him being in every plotline with zero sense. 😈

- the quality of the show goes right down when actors, egos, fans start dictating where they think the show should go

Agreed 👍🏼

If they really remove other characters and make this a anuj centric show , it won't take long when they'll be compelled to pack up their shoots as the majority audience would have left resulting the makers to dance on a <0.4 trp

I started watching this show in December at a time where the MaAn storyline was key and I loved it. Also went back and watched the episodes where Anupamaa stands up for her self and for what’s right and it was so beautifully shown. Even the MaAn story was shown with so much maturity.
And after raising expectations, they messed it all up. The estranged sister, adoption, domestic violence tracks seemed just randomly slapped together lacking the required depth.

There’s Kavya divorce issue, Toshu sudden change of heart, SaNan, not to mention 2 businesses one of which was gonna do something for women, whatever is cooking in Vanraj’s head track.. amongst all this I am more than happy if they get rid of Pakhi for sometime

you're right it looks like MaAn are fading a little bit. i dont like that. not one bit. but i am definitely biased towards him and i know that

thank you for sharing the CK vid btw...i will definitely watch it when anupamaa ends...cant take all of that GK heat at once. 🤣

hey hun, how was your day ? 🌺

did you watch all of sreemoyee? how similar are they following the plot ?

you made a really good point re leaving the highest rated show...also with COVID i think people (especially non-essential workers) are hesitant to leave their jobs. i agree, unless someone gets offered lead (which i cant see from any of the younger cast tbh) i dont think anyone is going anywhere..interesting enough tho, the guy who played Dhruv on Imlie...i think his real name is Faisal just landed a significant role after quitting the show in hopes that something better would come along. it's a real leap of faith tho.

im ready for samar and nandini to move it. in fact, i dont care to see a love interest for samar. he's too immature and whiny.

Another example is Y&R. at the beggining of the episode, you will see the 5-6 actors whose storylines you are going to see that day...there are a lot of recurring characters but they do a much better job of weaving everything together. once they start a storyline they see it thru no matter how much you love or hate it. i feel like on ITV, the actors/fans cause too much drama and interference tbh

i am okay with the sister/adoption stuff cuz it means they are anchoring Anuj further into the show and that makes me verrrrry happy. 😃

yeah there is too much going on right now, it seems overwhelming. i think they are caught between giving the viewers what they want (MaAn) and balancing it with all of the other tracks they had to leave mid-way in favor of Bae.

i really enjoyed seeing every character at once point but after feasting on Anuj for 4 and half months, going back to Pakki, Samar blah blah blah...like at this point im scrolling on IG when any of them come on tbh.
