She mistakes Abhay’s indifference to his personality. She makes herself accept Abhay as he is so that he feels comfortable enough to stay with her. He was never interested in her, but she made him believe he is. Abhay has no backbone of his own nor is he good about making decisions that he wishes to stick by! and he easily flows with what’s presented to him, so he didn’t think to speak up when Sia declared them bf/gf. He just goes with the flow in life, other than his career profession. Sia gets what she wants because there wasn’t ever any objections from Abhay. very well explained. I think it was more like coming into their comfort zone and convenient kind of relation. People generally never want to move out of their comfort level so anything deviating even slightly from that accepted level they tend to deny it.
