Yes and his father was also a Superstar in Marathi industry!! I saw one of his interviews where he said while he was 3 years old his dad quit film industry and went into construction business but when he was 17 or 18 his father's business got bankrupted and there was loan and debt to give back!! He had to give up studies to do all kind of jobs, give dance lessons and act in theaters in small roles for money and many Hindi film producers rejected him for his accented Hindi but later he got a chance in Marathi film and it got superhit and he never had to look back again!! His upcoming movie is where he plays Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj directed by Pravin Tarde who directed award winning film Mulshi Pattern from where Salman copied Antim!! Also he has a webseries coming up with Hotstar!!

Even i respect him for his hardwork and struggle in life , he used to direct Hindi, Marathi, English plays too that the reason his acting is so good.
I was so surprised when he took imlie and was even more surprised when i got to know show is from Gul's PH and than Orignal bengali show ki story read karke to i was beyong shocked
but i guess pandemic was the reason he accepted the offer good for him the concept was hit in TRP aunties
