Now i realise Fatejo was never gone. Infact during whole marriage it was Fatejo and Virk family that were central. Gurpreet motherly love does look OTT but then I realise that's how mothers are. Apart from Tejo somebody who is most desperate for Fateh is his mom Gurpreet .Their love just oversflows ! The family bond was focus during whole fake Jasfa wed. It was like they were doing Vidai of their own son.
I will say all Fatejo fans must watch those episodes, they are vow. Though Tejo cried in arms of Angad she always had whole Fateh wrapped around her and similarly Fateh never forgot Tejo and his family . He really loves them and it was well potrayed. Jasmin's antics and those embarrassing rituals Fateh was forced to do can be fast forwarded.
Later on his ditching Jasmin was in synch with marraige drama. It was like you manipulate me to take me away from my family and my Tejo, le Jasmin i trample your dream right then when you thought you achieved it. It was kind of avanging Jasmin for every seconds and moments she fooled him in name of love.
I left somewhere...idk when Jasmine tried to throw that water on T.
Here's the thing, for a long time, this was very clear that F is not even infatuated by Jasmine anymore. In Tejo's case, his eyes said something else. I swear if he had looked at J once the way he usually looks at T, I'd have jumped the Fatejo ship.
then there was drunk fatang episode. Look at the way he talks about Jasmine and Tejo. In case of J, it's exhaustion, exasperation and what not... but when he talks about Tejo, it's pure bliss. Like even her name brings peace to him.
However, I did not understand what was going on...like there was something going on, but you could not be sure because F has been an absolute dumbf##ck for so long... there were repeated hints that there'll be a dhamaka and the marriage or canada was not one of them.
Marriage drama was a crucial turn for fatejo. It made Fateh worthy of T. See one thing I've always believed in, T deserves the kinda love she gives. And he went beyond KSV's hope... he didn't ruin Tejo's engagement because she said she wanted to move on. She liked Angad. He learnt how to sacrifice his own happiness.
Now fake marriage... most important reason why he did that, was Jass. I don't think prior to divorce F thought much about his feelings for Tejo, confused his love with friendship and guilt, but he was in love with her since the beginning. And when he found out that her life was in danger, that broke every illusion, enchantment of Jasmine. Now, it was her turn to face karma. And here is the thing, he did not planned punishment for her only, but both of them. He ruined Jasmine and he ruined himself. At the end, nobody who hurts Tejo remains unscathed.
