If Shershaah and Sardar Udham had released in theatres, they would've been highly successful. I can say this with conviction for Shershaah. A little part of me still wants it to release in cinemas.

I thought Radhe was a big success of this year because it released in some newer release model, pay for video dish something. I didn't have much idea about how it works though. I thought I might offend someone if I didn't put it in the poll options. I still don't exactly know how it fared and how big of a success it was.
OTT films shouldn't be compared with theatrical films in the first place. They release on different platforms.
Movies released on OTT are mostly available for free after you pay for the subscription fee.
Radhe did something different with pay per view but they only reported first day views. Also the movie did release in theaters simultaneously and collected lifetime total of 8 Crores so that's a more proper comparison.

I haven't seen either. How are you so confident? Just because they got critical acclaim? I mean I feel Sardar Udham was meant for a very niche audience and Shershah looked like just another biopic, which hardly work, not something unique and gooseflesh inducing like Uri. It's one thing to get critical acclaim and another to actually become a success. Right?
I have a question.
How is success or collections of film released on OTT counted and how do we know figures are genuine and not jacked up claims by producers and the OTT platform?
Biggest Hit in Bollywood and Highest Grosser in Bollywood is Sooryavanshi
Biggest hit of telugu and all india highest grosser Pushpa
Biggest hit from Hollywood and 2nd highest grosser all india Spiderman
Highest worldwide grosser in Sooryavanshi.
Sooriyavanshi just in north hindi did more than other 2 movies, other 2 movies are all india collection combining all the language versions but in north bollywood belt it grossed far less than Sooryavanshi.
2018 2.0 was all india highest grossing movie but BOI and Bollywood hungama gave hgoty of bollywood to Sanju as sanju had bigger collection in north than 2.0. same 2020 engames grossed more than war.
What is pushpa
Link me the trailer lol
Is telugu movie released this year
Pushpa by far. You know Bollywood is declining when its biggest movie last year was Sooriyavanshi
Can we exclude all those which didn't release in cinemas..ask about any OTT movie and they will call it a success..absolutely no numbers to gauge anything..
From the list..spiderman has done exceptional numbers
Pushpa, followed by Spiderman. Pushpa's total collections are about to touch 250 crores. Sooryavanshi couldn't even make 200.
