Finally caught up properly with all episodes and I must say that our WRITERS had fruitful discussions on how to take the story forward. My last post was on the apprehensive side as our writers did a little mistake by introducing Mukku with an intent that later on changed. But let me let go of this and move forward as its clear to me now how Mukku is to be interpreted. I had a disconnect before, but after watching all the episodes, i don't have that disconnect anymore. I would have liked the plots that will lead to her confession more simple, but i do get that drama and twists are games that you guys need to have i assume. However, writers pls be careful when you introduce anyone in the future. Be sure of the intent (let it flow with the storyline properly) and then stick to the intent. Be sure of your own creation!!
I had so many thoughts when i was watching all the main characters. So many nuances were shown that will play a role in the future!!
Let me start with a quote made by some famous well known philosophers - For your own peace of mind, fully forgive, forget, and let go. If you can do this, you will be truly able to move on and have an immense peace of mind and blissful sleep. We humans can never do this in reality - i mean all the three. We might forget, some might forgive and move on; but completely doing both and having a saneful conversation with that person is something that we never accept. I for one applaud the Writers in showing Anu and V''s conversation in itv. In reality we will not accept this which maybe is fair. But I am glad that i saw this convo play out as it also showed that Anu knows the true Vanraj and still she wishes him all the best and also in a way warns him to not hurt ANuj. This shows that if at all Vanraj Shah turns back to his old self, he will find Anu standing there waiting to take him full ON. My take from this entire convo was focused on this fact - V is not a hero, she does trust V not to entangle with Malvika in any other way, and she will not leave Vanraj if he hurts Anuj. So i am absolutely with the convo.
Coming to relationships, we all know they are fragile. Relations have their multiple faces, layers and every layer needs to be handled carefully. Anuj is a perfect lover, he understands his Partner very well, but he is yet to learn to be a brother - a brother that Mukku needs and is looking for. Anu has faced amany things in life, plus she is tooooooo nicee a person. She always puts herself first, always, and even though i want to be annoyed at her for multiple reasons (one being when she addressed V as not ghatiya!!! I was like really Anu???), i totally love her and trust me we need such people in reality. Such people can step in and make any relation work to the best of their abilities. They will not give up till the last breath and we have even seen her doing the same. So she is very much needed to teach both the siblings about relations and how to converse, communicate without blowing things!! šš
Mukku for me is a perfect combination of 5 elements that's in all of us. I just see all the elements playing perfectly. She is fire, water, air, earth, and sky!! She is blunt, calm when explained properly, free as a bird, grounded in some aspects, and her heart is as big as the sky. She is just scared of losing love, she is looking to belong, to have a family, and most important she is also trying to find her worth!! And who better than Anu to understand this as Anu also is getting her self worth back - all thanks to our Anuj. Bapuji rightly said that she is running and people run only when they are scared or dont want to confront their deepest fears. She needs confidence from Anuj, she needs him to understand and give her space to prove herself but at the same time scold her if she does anything wrong. She needs a sense of belonging and not a sense of responsibility. Right now she is a responsibility to ANuj and that is making her behave as she is. I totally get where she is coming from. She is emotional and with her what you see is what you get. I prefer a person like her in my life 100000 times more than a Samar even. Samar is good, but people like Mukku will never ever betray you or hide anything if you are right with her. If you play games then she will also lay games. She has to find that spot or place with Anuj and am sure with Anu being in the frame she will eventually. I totally loved her today when she burnt those papers. Anuj's intent might have been great, but his action was totally against what Mukku needs. He will also understand it eventually. Her expressions when Bapuji was talking about festivals, family said it all!!! This girl is looking for a family so that her sorrows can be replaced with happiness.
Anuj yaar you are such a perfect partner, you just need to give the same space to your sister and trust her. Give her that equality feeling that you gave to Anu. I understand that you are a protector with Mukku, you are the same with Anu as well, but you give Anu that space as you trust her. You need to trust your sister as well. If she makes a mistake stand by her and help out. But dont stop her. I believe a person learns by making mistakes. Learning by example is the best mode of learning. So let her be. And i totally get it - you are an adopted child, you have that guilt of survival, you have that responsibility in you to not let anything hurt your sister. But alas, life does not operate that way. Life teaches all sorts of things and we have no choice but to learn, adapt, and move on. You have to allow Mukku also to learn, stumble, pick up the stones, flowers and blossom. She has been away for 10 years and we are yet to know what all has happened with her. I feel a lot is yet to be revealed about Mukku and also in a way about Anuj. And with this adoption angle later on so called society will raise questions. However let us not predict. We will allow the writers to write their story and we can just state our observations, likings, dislikes etc.
Also talking about why he did not mention about his being adopted to ANu first, we ca see this from two perspectives. 1. He could have said this when he was talking about Mukku and the accident. However that relay itself was so heavy and he was so guilt driven that he could not have brought that fact as well. I would have liked him to say this, i agree, but I dont fault him for not saying this. Its not easy to blurt this out, and that too when you are not sure how the person will react. Our Anu is not judgemental and I know she will understand. I am looking forward for the bench talk as am curious what the convo will be about! Somehow I feel Anuj also has to be made to realize that he is totally lovable and is worthy!!!
2. Well another simple perspective is just BIG Drama. ITV is famous for drama and hence all this in front of Shahs as they are society for me. Each and every person of the Shah household represent a society member for me.
I also loved the fact that the balance between relations is already shown in small snippets so far. How nicely Anuj communicated that both Anu and Mukku are imp for them and he can't live without both. This balance will play out more and more and with Anu by his side his journey will be a tad easier. And i have to applaud our girl, how neatly she can diffuse situations and also pulled herself onto Anuj's side thereby showing that she will be always by him. I can mention lots of nuances/symbolism that showed MaAn being together no matter what, but am sure you all have already discussed them. I will mention them maybe from my posts tomorrow onwards in Sunny's thread.
I am not going to talk about V or the Shah's except that am very glad that we got Toshu's apologies and that too in front of everyone. I was waiting for this and actually had lost hope. AM glad that it was shown finally!! V might back stab later based on situations, but at the moment i see him just to reach the TOP.
Last but not the least, the best part of a relation is that unsaid connect that we have. If this exists in a relation, then we should keep that as a gift as this is very rare. You feel other person's feelings, you converse with your eyes, you complete each other's sentences, you sense what that person is wanting to say. This is a very beautiful aspect of this connection and any misunderstanding is out of ques, no matter what is thrown their way!! MaAn has reached this stage and I am looking forward to how they will handle Mukku, V, and maybe Kavya and Rakhi in the future!!
Bring on the twists and turns writes, but pls pls keep it simple as possible!!
My WISH for MaAn - can we pls pls have a private sort of confession first between MaAn and then have a big blast confession where she praises her MAN in front of the world like the end scene of Dil To Pagal Hai???? I love the last scene where Pooja praises Raj while walking towards him. I want Anu to praise Anuj in front of the world while walking towards him!!!! This man totally deserves it. Infact BOTH DESERVE EACH OTHER!!! ā¤ļøā¤ļø Like Mukku said being so so so nice is not done MaAn!!! We normal people feel so small in front of your niceness!!!!!!!!!!!!!
