Actually manjari is not that dumb, she knows about about akshara's feelings. Which even her own family failed to notice the problem is she won't do anything about it and this makes her worse.

Akshara birlas ki "adhi bahu" zaroor ban gayi hai, they keep calling her for help, she have more access to the birla house than Aarohi.
