Post Covid isn't happening anytime soon with new variants popping left and right so Bollywood is probably going a few theatrical releases with others going straight to OTT .

First covid

Than horrible story telling

Dialogues are even not worth remembering

Did someone say music whats that?

Lyrics is gaalis and daaru bottle

Hero is ranbir and varun etc who look like road side guys plus no acting skills

and you want people to watch bollywood movies

Netfilx hollywood and south are better

Even if hero heroine do not look gora chitta hirthik katrina types types they know acting and story is good so is music and direction

I think people are excited for that Spiderman movie.

A movie has to be really worth it for people to risk their health for it.

I knew 83 would be a good film but not excited to watch.

I am looking forward to Gangubai-i liked the trailer plus this dialogue: zameen pe bethi bohot achi lag rahi hai..adat daal le * focus on Aliya's eyes & expression* kyunki teri kursi toh ab gaye.

Kissi MLA--kissi B****a se..kissi k baap se darne ka nai !

Gangu chand thi--gangu chand hai-aur gangu chand rahegi.

Larki woh itni si hai--magar jaan dalkar dialogue bolti hai.

Laal singh Chaddha will be a good film- Trailer se saaf pata chalega wese but im an Aamir fan i will watch regardless and will watch his son's film as well.

I will watch Tiger (Salman - Katrina)- Pichle wali i found entertaining.

Baqi Shamshera wamshera ki excitement nahi.. balke nahi dekhni.

In Lockdown i watched Money Heist-Dynasty-Emily in Paris-Squid games-Bridgerton etc--i noticed one thing- each character is cast correctly. everyone individual can express their character's backstory. yeh cheez plus how the film is executed matters.

Audience is coming to watch No Way Home and Pushpa. I guess it's only the Bollywood audience who are not vaccinated or are not immune to the virus.

I am a COVID survivor.

Impact of COVID is real and people hesitate to go to theatres or any crowded places or unnecessary travel or hanging out with unfamiliar people and crowds.

It did impact movies and will continue to impact if third wave or new variants come up and if vaccines are not protective against new variants.

Even if people do get out they do it for necessities like school or work, not avoidable stuff like watching films.

Today even if you released a big ticket film like Dhoom series it would not do as well as it would have done if released in normal days.

In long run I feel COVID will not affect films much. Of course people are more used to watching films on TV or online now or prefer web series, international content on Netflix and Amazon a lot now. But they also need outing or change and often larger than life films like Bahubali can only be enjoyed on big screen so urge to watch films in cinema halls will never go.

Once pandemic is over finally and it is safe, people will be itching to go out and watch films, concerts, matches as usual.

Let’s see where this will all take us. Hopefully BW folks will learn to overcome this phase by coming up with even better content. 👍🏼

Sorry for quoting you, but do you think any of Bollywood's nepo products are at par with Allu Arjun? The guy has everything to be a superstar. That's why not only South but everywhere in India people love him. I know South industry is laden with nepo products, but let's agree that they are somehow better than Bollywood's nepo gang.

Pardon my ignorance, but who are Jr.NtR and Charan?
