I do not think MH hurt hogi. the reason, she always feels injustice happens to MA and if he gets his love back she will not mind. She does not see him as a husband. yeah she will try to bring Manushi's truth out this time. so that he does not get hurt again by her sister.

CV did smart thing in one episode, MH asking her mom to get marriage certificate. This will legally bind, MaNal, even if Kunal leaves her or she tries to phasso MA. That scene was there for a reason.
