What is the budget of the film? Are these semi-hit or average type numbers?

Songs are pretty good, Tu Mera Hogaya hai is worth listening on loop.

budget is about 30cr

Could just break even and get "Average" verdict if the budget is really 30 Crores.

It made 20 Crores in first week. Second week it could add another 10 Crores.

After that Spider-Man: No Way Home releases which would likely end it's run.

Yeah, possible. If it doesn't do similar numbers this weekend, it will likely end up with break even.
