Not to bring in caste but Amitabh father Harivansh was a UP Brahmin, a very forward poet, his mother was a Sikh.

Harivansh changed his surname to Bachchan to remove the caste divide.

Jaya is a Bengali but not a brahmin.

Ash belongs to the bunt community.

Most celebs go to astrology , tarot whatever because they have large wealth and are almost insecure of losing fame and wealth.

It is not about the Brahmins, many irrespective of caste and even religion are superstitions and believe in astrology and do consult various platforms. Not just film celebs, sports personnel, businessman and politicians too.

Cases of Saurav and Sachin or the Ambani's or even CMs like KCR or Yeddyurappa

Everybody's prefacing 'not to bring in caste' yet bringing it in anyway 😃

Anyway, fact check: Harivanshrai Bachchan was a Kayastha and not a Brahmin, as has already been mentioned earlier here. I don't know about the castes of others.

But one thing I can personally attest to is the beauty of Mangalorean girls

Not that it matters or should even matter in 2021, but Jaya Bhaduri is a Brahmin by birth.

Whatever it was, family had enough power to keep it strictly private and shut down media if they wanted.

It was disgusting and embarrassing to see Ash's horoscope being discussed in public and all upay she had to do.

Temple visits was still okay as it is not controversial. Kundali doshas are still used to stigmatise and blame women or used as excuse to reject them. So it was sad to see media covering so called doshas in Ash's horoscope and online junta, YouTube astrologers blaming her horoscope for illness of Amitabh or downfall of Abhishek's career.

Bachchans hid wedding functions and their pics but could not ensure upay done in private or atleast stop media from publishing or covering such stuff? That was not social media era either when everything went viral in minutes.

Probably this family enjoys attention at any cost. Any publicity is good publicity for them it seems.

Amitabh was embarrassing when he wrote on Ash's delivery and how it was natural, and not 'too posh to push'. Is it not oversharing? Faltu banda.

They can do without violating privacy of their DIL, if they have any shame.

Not that caste matters, but AB Sr's Dad was a Shrivastava, i.e. not Brahmin but Kayasth. Good on him that he stopped using the surname and chose Bachchan.

Punjabis are also generally fair skinned, also, UP khatris. What does it have anything to do with weather?

Food and weather can give you good quality skin and hair. That’s all. It’s genes.

Hilly regions in India are not limited to Kashmir & Himachal.

There are many Rajputs among Pahadi people that live/ are from Himachal but they are mostly not that fair skinned either.

Amitabh's surname is Srivastava. His father was a Kayasth. Not a Brahmin FYI.

Jaya Bhaduri is a Bengali Brahmin.

Aishwarya belongs to Bunt community.

Contrary to popular belief, Ash doesn't care much about her looks. She hasn't ever bothered to hit the gym to look good. She mostly wears the same kind of makeup and barely experiments unless it's Cannes where she is under the obligation to do it for the brand she's representing. She's actually not interested in dressing up or looking good.

In this phase of her life, she's more concerned about playing the best possible mom for her daughter and nothing else. Why would she care about learning how to use Instagram when it is least of her concerns. She doesn't have to do promotional posts to earn money like a lot of her colleagues.

She's lived a difficult life in the public life for over two decades, from a very very young age. I guess she just said f*ck it, I'll do what I want, whether it's my supposed fake smile or poker face.

I love this answer ❤️❤️❤️ and I completely agree with it 🤩

It's based on her for what she feels is important and what she feels is not. Some people think they have all the right to judge an actor's life based on one single appearance 😑
