Angad- Possibility of Caretaker

I think Angad is not the biological father of that little girl. He might be her caretaker. she might be related to him or might be the daughter of his girlfriend , who married someone else, got cheated or dumped then Angad taking care of mother daughter duo but that tragic accident changed everything and now biological father or his family want child custody🤔 or he might consider himself responsible for the accident and due to this Angad taking her responsibility and keeping her safe in hostel.

If he is the father then why would he need court permission to meet his own daughter .

Even I feel he’s not the biological father for some reason.

Maybe it's his sister's daughter, she is probably his niece
