Anuj should have the heart attack. This will push Anupama to accept the feelings she has for him and she will go running to the hospital. He is there, shirtless on the bed with GK at his side. Anupama first sees him through the window/glass and caresses his image. She takes care of him and the bonding increases. Lots of MaAn moments, smiles, eyelocks, banter etc.

I think baa now truly appreciates anu after kavya became master of shah house. And she was willing to get anuj and anupama married to shut up the maholla ki aunties. But now i think she will want anu to move on however she wants - with or without anuj.
