I don't think you can take these comments to mean anything else. He basically says he finds the relationship fake because he can't imagine what Karan sees in Teja and that Karan's basically out of Teja's league.

I don't understand why they put down the show which gave them work except for cases like Afsana and Vishal to a certain extend because they were legit cheated by the show makers.

Quite a popular opinion both Tejran are fake and their relationship is just for the show and it's been forced upon viewers. Simba had a dignified stay in BB 15 and He didn't fake it like Teja and Karan just to win a show.

Him finding tejran fake is not my problem. Many feel the same but him commenting what is there in tejasswi and she is not even in Karan's league is my problem. It comes out so bad.
