Yes i think so too. Shruti will come post confession. they are following KD. everything merges to KD ultimately. but i think instead of fake preggy they might use shruti to create rift. not sure though

this is highlight. He asks her not to make fun at serious ocassions.

So they are following KD as you said. I am sure sai will drive to him, just like he drove madly when she was hurt. and there will be confession. not sure about virat's birthday and consummation though. it might happen after shruti track.
