Other day everyone was sitting in jungle and P called Leshan Rajiv’a personal biscuit boy and did something else too which I forgot . Rajiv again objected . But other housemates didn’t take a stand because Rajiv starts talking to P after sometimes .

Then during the mud task , P again made homophobic comments on Umar .

Oh I c. Thanks for explaining.

Harasser and bully - he just repeated that with Umar again in the mud task and Salman had to again call him out on that.

If he hasn't learnt his lesson even after all that has transpired, he's a lost cause and I am no longer giving him the benefit of ignorance.

I honestly did not expect him to be such a big idiot, how dense does one have to be to repeat the same mistake within a span of mere hours?

I was honestly hoping it was ignorance and not malice that fuels his behaviour. I have been proven wrong.

Disappointed but not surprised.

People should undergo sensitivity training before they decide to come on a national television and to put themselves as well as others in a tough spot.

bhai. I don’t wanna words like malice or anything. That’s never a standard of harrasment. Intent has zero role to play in resulting punishment. That’s why it’s called zero tolerance policy. If you commit the act. We don’t wanna sit and judge what was your intent. You are fired. And hence I said. There should have been an eviction. Immediately …

I can see why you mean that and I respect your point of view. Nevertheless, I believe intent does matter and whether we like to admit it or not, not everyone grows up with the same exposure and worldly knowledge as the next person. I gave the guy in question the benefit of the doubt about not having the required common sense to gauge the impact of his inappropriate actions and words. Doing something on purpose should have a different punishment than committing the same act clouded by ignorance. Even in case of homicides, it is the intent that decides the severity of punishment.

What Pratik did was wrong. Period. But if it was honestly fueled by ignorance then wouldn't educating him on where he went wrong and helping grow and learn from it the better approach.

I would like to add that the intention behind any conduct does not reduce the impact of those actions. Whatever the intention behind any conduct may be, the perception of it by the victim is to be given more importance.

In this instance, Pratik's intent cannot negate the fact that what he did is indeed sexual harassment and Rajiv is well within his rights to have objected to the same. Perception of the conduct should indeed be valued more than the intention of the perpetrator behind the conduct. But punishments should factor in a person's intent.

Like here, when he did that the second time around with Umar, he should have been shown the door.

Wait a moment? People (Mostly his blind bakths) are actually defending this disgusting POS Pratik's behavior? 🤢 What if this happened to your brother? Would you be ok with this happening to him, and saying this is a joke? There is a limit to fangirling for someone. I know that Pratik is only relevant because of having paid pr bots from him on twitter, but the guy is an absolute joke of a contestant and is a side character to his master Nishant.

this is never ok. No apology can ever save anyone from being fired. and intention is never a factor either. Esp with someone who has to constantly be defended daily on something or other in terms of intention and worse .. oh he said sorry. So guess what. Aaaaal is wellll. 😂😂😂.

I actually saw a reviewer today. He is like. Sanskaree putra provides so much clariry to his viewers. Since he never fails to apologize. And I was like … so have you kept track of how many sorries it’s gonna take for the wake up call … and sometimes - sorry doesn’t cut it.
