Look at this guys.
Will look for the link to the original link later, but for now, all i wanna say is that, this speaks for itself, Deewangi's trps, views (it even had location restrictions) and the above details i have posted. Yet, people refuse to acknowledge the popularity, the hysteria and the buzz it created. Its not easy for a show to achieve this in every area (trp, views, buzz, etc). You will come across so many shows with achievement in one or two of those things but not all. After MPTH, mujhe lagta hai this show achieved it all. Stuff like chupke chupke and all comes to my mind. But im not sure if uski trp is se bhi better thi.
Absolutely.
Deewangi's popularity was truly unprecedented and it was a huge surprise, considering how cliched and regular the storyline was. I know a bunch of Indians living in India who managed to watch it during the original airing, and they went through such pains to find the episodes, even agreed to pay to Viu because they wanted to watch the show.
After MPTH, it was nearly impossible for any show to manage to do this. Usually there is a huge vacuum after a blockbuster series, which takes time to fill. Deewangi literally broke all records and became a fan favourite, yet the media refuses to acknowledge it. They don't even appreciate or mention Sultan Durrani or Danish Taimoor anywhere, but have articles and articles on Feroze and Farhad.
We aren't wrong when we say there is a clear bias.
I am just happy that 7thSky has faith in Danish, making him do 5 shows with them before Danish moved to ARY...and now ARY doesn't want to let him go after Ishq Hai 😆
Ladka has made his own place already, baaki sab matter nahi karta. Aur niklega bahot jald bahot zyada aage, dekh lena ❤️
