Reaction about Tejo have always been much more extreme, you just need to look in that moment. When Tejo was hurt while that mujra scene was going on, when cops were there , or when jass tried to rape her.

As for trusting jasso. First she's a good actress. He's not the only one who got fooled. Everyone, including Tejo is a victim of that disease. Fateh knows her for two years, Tejo knows her for entire life yet she gets fooled. Repeatedly.
