Hi readers and responders.

This is the epilogue. Please read carefully, I have not had any time to proof check as my laptop battery is gonna die soon. No time for tagging as well.

One year later, Chavan Niwas

Virat Chavan walked in, tired, after a long day at the headquarters.

“Sai…?” She was lost in her book. Better not to disturb her, he quietly went to freshen up.

As the hot shower sluiced his body, his thoughts wandered fondly over the happenings in the past year or so. Sai had bumped into Mithila while running away from him and it had taken all his wits to convince her of his decent intentions. Maria had arrived on the scene and that had helped the matters further. Rohan and Amish’s eyes had widened on learning that Dr Mrs Chavan was none other than their friend, Dr Sai Joshi. Virat became a frequent visitor to their guest house and the trio embarrassed him further by addressing him as Jeeju.

They had refreshed their nuptial vows in the presence of the moon and stars. Both forgave each other and agreed to restart their life fresh.

Sai was welcomed back to Chavan Niwas and all was hunky dory after that. Then one day he had come to his room to see Sai holding the desk calendar and lost in thoughts. He had guessed it right as she had confessed it later.

Shower done , he came to the room and stood transfixed.

She was clutching a pillow to her midriff and glaring at the mirror.

“What are you doing?”

“You know what, Bua was saying that my belly will start growing now onwards. So I was just thinking, will I look like this?”

Virat thought it over.

“No, I think that wont be sufficient…You will need this too..” He handed over a bigger pillow and the reaction was as expected.

“Hey wait you…Gabbar!” He ducked, then burst out laughing ass he threw the pillows at him. Nostrils flaring, eyes flashing, she chased him across the room as he cocked his finger at her. Finally gave up as she caught up with him, punching him on the chest.

“Arre what happened?” He gathered her in his arms. She was sniffling, clearly upset.

“It doesn’t matter how fat you become or how many pillows you tie in front of you. I will love you the same…”

THE END..

I think my heart just went *boom* with all the love and adorableness in the epilogue. So much positive energy and now I have to go and write that angsty chapter of mine 😭. You've truly spoiled me with this story and I can't believe it's done..*crying in the background*
