I found out she's an actress afterwards but I had the same questions why's she and her husband giving interviews?? Let the man do his job (before his allegations) and stay out matters that doesn’t concern you in any way. And after the allegations all she’s doing is make a mockery out of her husband and herself. These are allegations for now and as much as everything that's been said makes sense still it's just allegations so why don’t you have some dignity whatever the outcome may be and let the law enforcement officers do their job instead of running around like a headless chicken, screaming his innocence to anyone who would listen trying to stop his arrest. The system is great and non-corrupted na?? Why can't they put their efforts towards good lawyers then giving interviews playing all kinds of victim card?? If they can't trust the law then how do they expect anyone else to trust her husband and his work unless they want us to believe he's the only HONEST officer. I dont know about the law, but I really want to know if in such case SRK's side can file something to nullify the arrest based on nothing was found and that the arrest might be illegal in the first place ? Not like filing a case against NCB, but just requesting the court to nullify the case ?
If not, can trial be expedited ? The case against Rhea is still pending and I guess same Bail rules will apply to her, which means this passport thing is valid for her too. I find this in particular very annoying. And NCB hasn't even filed a chargesheet yet even after a year !!! Will this passport surrendering continue in such cases ? Is there any instructions to the Investigation Agency at all about Timelines ? Or they have indefinite period to chargesheet filings, trial dates etc ?
Once Aryan is acquitted from the charges, then I think one can file defamation cases and all that. Just wanted to know the process of obtaining the pp back.

1. They don’t trust the system and it's corrupted.
2. They know he is guilty.
If the system is corrupted then so is Aryan and his friends arrest, if not then her husband is the shady one. They should decide which is it.
It's like when that Sail person was a witness for them he was honest and we had to believe him but when he was against them suddenly he can't be trusted??
If he was an honest witness then he still is an honest person.

As of now, its nothing he can't do, bail was important and he got it, There will be conditions because if you read ASG's arguments yesterday, he said for NDPS Jail is the norm and this will be a landmark judgement and will be used by everyone in future because its not only Aryan who got bail but Arbaaz and Munmun too and they had drugs on them
First things first, Aryan has whole world in mannat for 2-3 months, it shouldn't be difficult for him to follow these conditions and then one can hope that NCB acquits him instead of filing chargesheet
