Then HC adjourned Aryan bail plea till tomorrow.

but still ASG ko gaali padh raha hai for adjournment. are they expecting ASG to say 'I don't need any time, bas yahan tamasha dekhne aaya hoon. kyunki mujhe koi kaam waam nahi'?

Seriously, in all the previous court proceedings ASG was ridiculed on social media. You know where no one said anything. It was in the ACTUAL court. Judges and lawyer knows that he is attending other cases and sometimes these proceedings take time. No one utter a word for him getting late...

And again today he is being ridiculed WTF! Those who don't know how court proceedings works should not comment.

I predicted

Nawab Malik's interference would harm Aryan's case.

Witness would be bought.

Extortion allegations would backfire.

Pooja will be dragged in to the case.

SRK's PR will be exposed.

Arrey the first day they NCB applied ONLY bailable offences but requested Court for give time investigation they have something to look into PRIMA FACIE. Never at any point he gave their verdict always under investigation. Why is it Wankhede fault that people in media and Social media declare their verdict before court?

One of the ridiculous theory I read last night was that Wankhede brought it upon himself. For what doing his job? People are so dense. I don't even wanna waste my time discussing anymore the theories put out by delusional people.

If NCB and Wankhede wanted to frame Aryan, they could have easily planted 50 grams of drugs in his belonging and declared that they have seized the drugs from him. Instead they maintained from day 1 that no seizure was made from Aryan but they would need him to investigate something prima facie.

Not only did the Court reprimanded NCB for not interrogating Aryan when they had him for 4 days, but categorically denied his custody to NCB and was sent to judicial custody instead..

How did Wankhede bring it upon himself if SRK's brilliant legal team did not know which court to approach for the bail plea hearing?

How did Wankhede bring it upon himself if the NDPS Court did not grant him bail after looking at ARYAN's OWN Wattsup Chats?

How did he bring it upon himself if the Court actually got convinced of NCB's logic of a probable existence of drug syndicate and the need to dismantle it?

How did he bring it upon himself when the witness could not stand the ground even for 24 hours and has now retracted the statement saying that he was under duress and coercion to say what he had said.

How did he bring it upon himself when SRK's legal team had not only denied all the extortion/bribery claims but also termed it as political issue having no connection whatsoever with this case?

How did he bring it upon himself it people failed to/didn't want to understand the actual case NCB was building but cried foul for arresting THE SRK's son, THE Muslim superstar's son or harassing a massom 23 year old bachha because of SRK' s beef with BJP?

How did he bring it upon himself if social media became the Court and people the judge jury and the executioner much before the verdict was/shall be passed by the actual judiciary?

Mukul Rohtagi hammered today again and again on all the points which would necessitate court to consider Bail. They repeatedly asked Court to come back to what happened on that fcking day. Aryan chat history shouldn't be of even contention here. All back to back arguments they tried to dismantle the conspiracy section charge. All this guarantee bail.

But.. now ball in is in NCB court.

They will have to prove connection and the conspiracy charge and also how whatsapp chats relate to said case.

My Take

During Interrogation..

Aryan Khan gave name of Aachit Kumar

Arbaaz gave name of Shivraj Harijan

Ishmeet gave name of Shreyas Nair

“Based on the preliminary interrogation of the earlier arrested accused Ishmeet Singh Chadha, a follow-up operation was launched by an NCB team at Goregaon, and one Shreyas Surendra Nair was intercepted along with a small quantity of charas.

But Shreyas has allegedly prior links to both Aryan and Arbaaz

NCB arrests Shreyas Nair who allegedly has links with Aryan Khan (mid-day.com)

So they are connected according to links.. but maybe it will be harder to establish connection in court. Because Aryan team is already disassociating with Arbaaz taking advantage of Judicial system of not look back at history on that fcking day Aryan had no drugs no consumption no test. nothing.

All of the above will matter in Trial but not in giving bail.
